March through May, practices will be Tuesday & Thursday from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

Schedules
- January / February Practice is on Sundays.
- All skill levels are welcome and encouraged to come! Bring a friend.
- March - May practice at the rugby field (3650 Cold Spring Creamery
- Road) 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM Tuesdays & Thursdays.
- Games are on Sundays March through May.
Skills developed in rugby include:
- Vision - Tackling
- Decision Making - Ball Handling
- Teamwork - Running
- Confidence in Contact - Punting & Place Kicking
- Speed, Strength & Endurance
