“Doylestown Rugby played a leading role in my development not only as a rugby player but also a person. From U13 through High School rugby, Doylestown gave me some of my best friends and memories that I will never forget. Doylestown taught me what it meant to be part of a team and showed me what a strong team culture feels like. We always had incredible coaches and leaders that created a winning mentality and ultimately lead to a lot of success, including multiple state championships and appearances at Nationals. The atmosphere on game day was, and still is, so special and exciting - it made me relish every opportunity that I got to play as a Dragon.

Doylestown also gave me a platform for further rugby opportunities, eventually leading to four years at Dartmouth College, and being drafted to Old Glory DC in Major League Rugby which is where I am playing now. The Doylestown Rugby Football Club is an extremely important part of my life, and I am extremely grateful for the friends, memories, and lessons about life that it has given me. More than anything, the DRFC is family – both family-made through the teammates and coaches that I’ve come to love, and family-given through having my Dad as an incredible coach since I began playing rugby, and now my younger brother playing for the club.”
